Tallington Lakes Snow Centre

Tallington Lakes Snow Centre is comprised of two ski slopes – a nursery slope for learning the basics and tobogganing, and our main slope to progress you from beginner, to intermediate, to advanced!

We offer private ski and snowboard lessons, that are tailored to the individual’s level and moves at a pace suited to them. We also offer group lessons, for adults and juniors, and a Junior Ski School for the very young. All conducted to a set criteria, progressing everyone from absolute beginner to a recreational standard. We also offer day courses that are designed to take learners from absolute beginners through to recreational skiers and snowboarders within a day.

Once you’ve reached recreational standard you are welcome to come and practise what you’ve learnt through your lessons, or if you can already ski come back for a refresh to get those ski legs back before your holiday.

We also offer freestyle and race training – it’s all about having fun! We want as many people involved in the sport and have as much fun as possible; that’s why our sessions are relaxed and friendly. Our instructors are here to help you progress while ensuring a safe enjoyable environment.

Our nursery slope also has a designated tobogganing area, perfect for tiring everyone out – adults and kids alike. We host parties on the nursery slope and the main slope for birthdays, family get togethers, school and social groups. It’s a great way to let your hair down and have some fun.

Alongside our slopes we also have a large shop for all our winter essential needs – everything from skis and boots to base layers and gloves. We have a dedicated team of ski boot fitters, and an on-site workshop for ski and snowboard servicing and repair.

Our site also boasts a 15m climbing wall, several lakes with an extensive range of watersports, a lakeside bar and restaurant and a large camping area with a full range of serviced pitches making this the ideal location for days out and staycations.
