What’s new for 2025?
- Development of the new App for logging product scores and reviews is well under way. It will work with both Apple and Android based phones. The new (web-based) App should provide a more streamlined way for brands to list and, if necessary, amend all their test products.
- We’re hoping to upscale the boot-testing aspects of the event with a boot scoring and review function included on the App, alongside the potential for recording reviews of other product types.
- We’re also planning for the new App to have a facility where suppliers can scan kit (and the relevant tester) in and out of the Test site, so they can have the option of knowing who has what during the week. More on this nearer the time.
- Plans with La Clusaz to organise lift pass deals and accommodation offers are underway, we'll let you know more information as soon as we have it.
- Social events are also now in planning with first refusal for hosting going to those who organised something for the last Test – so let us know ASAP if you want to host some apres-ski events, or anything outwith the standard test days.
- Possible extra space for additional brands, that may provide extra space for softgoods brands.
- But most importantly, we’re hoping to make some upgrades to the Test’s coffee and snack facilities. If anyone is interested in sponsoring the (very popular) coffee area please let us know what you’d propose. We can definitely improve this facility and what is provided so feel free to share ideas and any brand sponsorship proposals, which will be considered by the SIGB Test committee for final decision.
We are looking forward to seeing you there. Stay tuned for more updates.
